I recently bought a few Rubbermaid products, and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed. First off, the website is a mess—it's hard to find what you need, and the search function barely works. I ordered some storage containers, and they arrived with scratches and dents. Talk about quality control! The lids don’t fit properly either, which defeats the whole purpose of storage. Customer service? Don’t even get me started; they took ages to respond to my questions. I expected better from a brand like Rubbermaid. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. Save your time and money!
