I recently ordered from Nisbets and had a pretty average experience. The website is easy to navigate, which is a plus, but I found the product descriptions a bit lacking. I was hoping for more details before making my purchase. The delivery was on time, so that’s a win, but the packaging could use some improvement; my items were a bit rattled around. Customer service was helpful when I had a question, but I had to wait longer than I expected for a response. Overall, the quality of the products is decent, but I think they could step up in a few areas. Not bad, but not exceptional either. I might give them another shot in the future, just hoping for a smoother experience next time!
