Ridezoomo

4 months agoI recently tried out Zoomo, and it was a decent experience overall. The bike was pretty cool and had some nice features, but I ran into a few hiccups along the way. The app could use some improvements since it felt a bit clunky at times. I also wish there were more options for bike models. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made a difference. It’s not perfect, but it gets the job done. I’d probably use it again, just with a few expectations in check!

4 months agoI recently tried out RideZoomo and, honestly, it was a mixed bag. The booking process was pretty straightforward, which I appreciated. However, the vehicle I got wasn’t as clean as I expected, and there were a few minor issues with the AC. The staff was friendly enough, but they took a bit longer to assist me than I hoped. I also felt like the pricing could be a bit more transparent. On the upside, the ride itself was comfortable, and I did get to my destination on time. Overall, it’s not a bad option, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I might give it another shot, but I’m not completely sold yet.

4 months agoI had a pretty decent experience with Zoomo, but it didn’t blow me away. The selection of rides is good, and the website is easy to navigate. However, I ran into a few issues with customer support that took longer to resolve than I'd hoped. It’s a solid option, but I think there’s room for improvement. Overall, I’d say it’s average—nothing to write home about, but not terrible either.

4 months agoI wanted to love this service, but my experience was pretty underwhelming. The app kept crashing on me, which made booking a hassle. The rides were okay, but the wait times were longer than expected. Customer service was slow to respond when I had issues. Overall, it’s just not living up to the hype for me.

4 months agoI had high hopes for Zoomo, but what a letdown! The bike I rented was in terrible condition – the brakes barely worked, and it made a weird noise the whole time. Customer service? Don’t even get me started. They took ages to respond, and when they did, it was like they didn’t even care. The app was glitchy, making it impossible to find where I parked. I ended up walking home because the battery died way too soon. Definitely not worth the money. I expected a smooth ride, but all I got was frustration. Save your time and look elsewhere. Zero stars if I could!

4 months agoI recently tried out Zoomo, and it was an okay experience. The bikes are cool and definitely have a unique vibe, but I had a few hiccups along the way. The app can be a bit glitchy at times, which made booking a bike a little frustrating. On the bright side, the staff was super friendly and helpful when I had questions. The ride itself was smooth, but I wish the availability was better in my area. Overall, it’s a decent option for getting around, but there’s room for improvement. I’d say it’s worth a shot if you’re curious! Just don’t expect perfection.
