I had a really frustrating experience with this service. The interface is confusing and not user-friendly at all. Customer support took ages to respond, and when they did, they were unhelpful. Definitely not worth the time or money!

Customer Alliance has some solid features, but it’s not without its quirks. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which is a plus, but I’ve run into a few bugs that can be frustrating. The customer support team is generally helpful, but I’ve had to wait longer than I’d like for responses at times. The review collection process is effective, but I wish there were more customization options available. It’s great for gathering feedback, but I feel like it could be more intuitive. Overall, it gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I appreciate what they’re trying to do, but I’m left wanting a bit more. It’s an okay platform, just not the best out there.

I've been using Customer Alliance for a while now, and it’s been a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the interface is pretty user-friendly, which makes gathering reviews easier. However, I've encountered some glitches that can be frustrating. The analytics tools are decent but could use some more depth. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they’re super helpful, other times it feels like I’m waiting forever. Overall, it does the job, but I think there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d say it’s average, not bad, but not amazing either.
