I’ve been a fan of Neal’s Yard Remedies for a while, but my recent experience was a bit disappointing. The product I ordered took way longer than expected to arrive, which was frustrating. When it finally got here, the packaging was damaged, and some items were leaking. I didn’t expect that from a brand like this. The scents are still lovely, but the quality control seems to have slipped. Customer service was polite but slow to respond, which didn’t help much. I really wanted to love my order, but it just fell flat this time. I hope they can improve their shipping and packaging soon. I’ll give them another shot, but I’m not as enthusiastic as I used to be.
