1 month agoI’ve been a fan of Manfrotto for a while, but my recent experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The quality of their gear is top-notch, as always, and I love the designs. However, I ran into some issues with customer service that left me feeling a bit frustrated. It took longer than expected to get a response, which was disappointing. The website could also use some updates; it’s not the easiest to navigate. Overall, I still appreciate their products but wish the shopping experience was smoother. I’d give them another shot, but I hope they can improve a bit!

1 month agoI’ve been a fan of Manfrotto for a while, but my recent experience was a letdown. The quality of the gear is great, but the website is a real hassle to navigate. It took forever to find what I needed, and the checkout process was confusing. Shipping took longer than expected, too, which was frustrating. I expected better customer service for the price I paid. Hoping they can improve this because I really want to love the brand!

1 month agoI recently bought a tripod from Manfrotto, and I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed. The build quality feels solid, but the pricing is way too high for what you get. The website is a bit clunky and hard to navigate, which made my shopping experience frustrating. Customer service took forever to respond when I had questions. I expected more from a brand with such a good reputation. It’s not all bad, though; the tripod does hold my camera well. Just wish I had a better experience overall. I might think twice before purchasing again.

1 month agoI've been a fan of Manfrotto gear for a while, but my recent experience left me a bit disappointed. The website is nice and all, but navigating it can be frustrating—too many clicks to find what I need. I ordered a tripod that was supposed to be in stock, but it took forever to ship. Customer service was hit or miss; I struggled to get clear answers. When the tripod finally arrived, it didn’t come with all the accessories I expected. The quality is still solid, but I expected a smoother process overall. I really wanted to love my purchase, but this experience has me second-guessing. Hoping they can improve things soon!
