Customer service was a nightmare to deal with; I felt like I was just talking to a wall. The products I did receive were not as described, leaving me pretty disappointed. I tried reaching out for a refund, but it seemed like nobody cared. The website is easy to navigate, but that doesn't make up for the lack of reliability. I wanted to love this place, but it just didn’t deliver. I won’t be shopping here again. Really bummed about my experience. Save your time and money!
