I recently ordered a couple of books from Better World Books, and I have to say, my experience was pretty mixed. On the plus side, I loved the selection—they have a great variety of titles! Unfortunately, the shipping took way longer than I expected, which was a bummer. When my package finally arrived, one of the books was in worse condition than described. I get that it’s a used book site, but I was hoping for better quality. Customer service was okay, but not super helpful when I reached out about it. I appreciate their mission of promoting literacy, but I wish the execution was a bit better. Overall, it’s a decent site, but I think I’ll be more cautious next time.
