I had high hopes for Orbis Corporation, but my experience was pretty underwhelming. The website layout feels outdated, making it difficult to navigate and find what I need. Customer service was slow to respond, and when they did, it seemed like they were more interested in getting rid of my questions than actually helping. Some of the products I ordered arrived later than expected, which was frustrating. I also noticed a lack of detailed information on some items, making it hard to make informed decisions. Overall, I wanted to love this site, but it just didn’t hit the mark for me. I think they really need to step up their game. Hopefully, they can improve things in the future!

The design is clean, which I appreciate, but it could use a bit more flair. Customer service was decent, but I expected quicker responses. Shipping was on time, so that’s a plus! Overall, it’s an okay experience, but I think there's room for improvement. I might come back, but I’m not fully sold yet.
