I recently shopped at Package Free Shop and had a mixed experience. The concept is fantastic, and I love their commitment to sustainability. However, I found some of the products a bit overpriced for what they are. The selection is decent, but I wish there were more options in certain categories. Shipping was pretty fast, which is a plus! Customer service was helpful but could be more responsive. Overall, it’s a good shop, but there’s definitely room for improvement!
