1 month agoI really wanted to love this site, but it just didn't hit the mark for me. The selection is decent, but I found a lot of the plants were out of stock, which was frustrating. Customer service took a while to respond, and I had to follow up multiple times. The layout is a bit cluttered, making it hard to find what I was looking for. Shipping took longer than expected, and my order arrived a bit wilted. I appreciate the effort, but I think they need to step it up. Hoping for better experiences in the future!

1 month agoI really wanted to love Marshall's Garden, but my experience was just okay. The selection is decent, but I found the shipping to be slower than expected. I think I'll look elsewhere for my gardening needs next time.

1 month agoI recently checked out Marshalls Garden and had a pretty decent experience overall. The selection of plants and gardening supplies is quite impressive, and I found a few unique items that I haven't seen elsewhere. The website is easy to navigate, which is always a plus. However, I did notice that some of the product descriptions were a bit vague, leaving me wanting more information before making a purchase. Shipping took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. I also think their customer service could use some improvement, as I had a question and it took a while to get a response. On the bright side, the quality of the plants I received was top-notch! So, while there are a few areas for improvement, I still think it’s a solid option for gardeners. I might come back in the future, just hoping for a smoother experience next time!

1 month agoI recently ordered some plants from Marshalls Garden, and it was a bit of a mixed experience. The selection is pretty decent, and I found a few unique varieties that I loved. However, my order took longer to arrive than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. When it finally got here, one of the plants looked a little worse for wear. The customer service was friendly, though, and they did offer to replace it. Overall, not a bad experience, but I think there’s room for improvement. I’d give them another shot, but I’m not fully convinced just yet.
