I recently ordered a couple of items from Bizarro Store, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The selection is pretty unique, which is what drew me in, but the shipping took longer than I expected. When my package finally arrived, one of the items was a bit damaged, which was disappointing. Customer service was okay when I reached out, but I wish they had been more proactive in resolving my issue. On the plus side, the quality of the products I received was decent, and they definitely have some quirky stuff that you won’t find anywhere else. I appreciate the creativity, but I think they need to work on their packaging and shipping speed. Overall, it’s a fun store with interesting items, but I hope they can improve in a few areas. I might give them another shot in the future!
