1 month agoTalkwalker offers valuable insights and analytics, but it can be overwhelming at times. The user interface is functional, yet not very intuitive for new users. While the data is comprehensive, it sometimes lacks real-time updates. Overall, a decent tool with room for improvement.

1 month agoTalkwalker has some solid features for social media analytics, but it's a bit of a mixed bag for me. The interface is user-friendly, which is great, but I often find the loading times to be a bit slow. The insights are pretty useful, though sometimes I wish they were more customizable. Customer support has been hit or miss; I've had quick responses, but also some long waits. Overall, it's decent for tracking brand mentions, but it could use some improvements. I appreciate the data visualizations, but they could be more intuitive. It’s a good tool, just not my absolute favorite. I’m on the fence about recommending it to others.

1 month agoTalkwalker is pretty solid for monitoring social media and brand mentions. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through all the data. I love the real-time analytics, which really helps in tweaking our strategies on the fly. The only downside is that some features could be a bit more intuitive. Customer support has been decent, but there's room for improvement. Overall, a great tool that gets the job done!

1 month agoTalkwalker has some solid features for social media analytics, and I appreciate the insights it provides. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which is a plus. However, I’ve encountered a few bugs here and there that can be frustrating. The customer support could also use some improvement; I’ve waited longer than expected for responses. Overall, it’s a decent tool, but there’s definitely room for enhancement. I’m hoping they’ll work out the kinks in future updates!
