1 month agoI had high hopes for Talkwalker, but honestly, it's been a huge letdown. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all. I spent more time trying to figure things out than actually using the tool. The data accuracy is questionable; I found a lot of discrepancies that made me doubt its reliability. Customer support? Don't even get me started—slow response times and not very helpful. I expected better analytics for the price I paid, but it feels like I'm throwing money down the drain. It crashes way too often, which is super frustrating when you're in the middle of a project. Overall, I really can't recommend Talkwalker. There are way better options out there!

I expected better analytics tools, but they just didn’t deliver. Customer service was slow to respond and didn’t help much either. I ended up wasting more time than I saved. Not worth the hype or the price!
