1 month agoAwario has some great features that I really appreciate, like real-time social media monitoring and the ability to track brand mentions. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which is a plus for someone like me. However, I’ve noticed that the analytics can be a bit overwhelming at times. It takes a while to get used to everything. Customer support is decent, but I’ve had to wait longer than I’d like for responses. I wish there were more tutorials available for navigating the platform. Overall, it’s a solid tool, but there are definitely areas for improvement. I think it has potential, but it just needs a bit more polish to really shine.

1 month agoAwario has some neat features for tracking mentions online, but it feels a bit hit or miss sometimes. The interface is user-friendly, which is a plus, but I’ve run into some glitches that can be pretty annoying. I love the idea of real-time monitoring, but the alerts don’t always show up when they should. Customer support is decent, though it could be faster in responding. Overall, it’s a solid tool, but I wish it was more reliable. I think there’s potential here, just needs a bit more polish. Not bad, but not mind-blowing either!

1 month agoAwario has some solid features for monitoring social media and brand mentions, but it feels a bit hit or miss. The interface is user-friendly, which is great, but I’ve encountered some glitches that can be frustrating. The analytics are decent, but I wish there were more customization options to really dig into the data. Customer support is responsive, but sometimes it takes a while to get a clear answer. 1 month agoI really wanted to like Awario, but it just didn’t hit the mark for me. The interface feels a bit clunky and not very intuitive, making it hard to navigate. I found myself frustrated while trying to set up my alerts; it took way longer than I expected. The data it provides is decent, but I wish there were more customization options for reports. Customer support was pretty slow to respond, which didn't help my overall experience. I also noticed that the pricing doesn’t quite match the value offered. I’ve used better tools for social listening that felt more user-friendly. I think there’s potential here, but it needs some serious improvements to compete. For now, I’ll be looking elsewhere. Here's hoping they can step it up in the future!

1 month agoI had high hopes for this tool, but it really fell flat. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all. I found myself frustrated trying to navigate through the features. The tracking was inconsistent, and I missed important mentions because of it. Customer support was also lacking; it took forever to get a response. Honestly, I expected way more for the price. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for reliable social media monitoring.

1 month agoI really wanted to like this tool, but it’s been a huge letdown. The interface is clunky and feels outdated. I spent hours trying to set up alerts, only to find they barely work. Customer support is non-existent; good luck getting a response! The data they provide is often inaccurate, making it hard to trust their insights. I expected more from a service that claims to help with social listening. It’s frustrating to use and not worth the money. I regret investing in this. Save your time and look elsewhere! Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it.
