Brandwatch is a disappointment. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly. Data accuracy is questionable, leading to unreliable insights. Customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful. The pricing is outrageous for the limited features offered. It feels outdated compared to competitors. Integration with other tools is a hassle. Updates are infrequent, making it lag behind industry standards. Overall, it fails to deliver on its promises. I expected much more from Brandwatch.

Brandwatch has some solid features for social media analytics, but it feels a bit overwhelming at times.
