1 month agoI really wanted to love Brandwatch, but it just didn’t live up to my expectations. The interface feels a bit clunky and outdated, which makes navigation a hassle. I expected better analytics tools, but they often seem confusing and not user-friendly. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they’re helpful, but other times it feels like I'm talking to a wall. The pricing is also on the higher side for the features offered. I’ve had some issues with data accuracy, which is a big deal for my projects. It’s frustrating because it has potential, but it needs some serious improvements. Overall, I’m left disappointed and might have to look elsewhere.

The interface is packed with data, which can be great, but it also makes it hard to find exactly what I need quickly. Customer support is decent, but I've had to wait longer than I'd like for some answers. The insights can be valuable, especially for tracking trends, but I wish the learning curve wasn’t so steep. Pricing seems a bit high for what you actually get. Overall, it’s a decent tool, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Not bad, but not exactly my favorite either!

I struggled to find the features I needed, and the customer support was a nightmare. Every time I reached out, I felt like I was talking to a robot. Honestly, it’s not worth the money. There are way better options out there. Save your time and look elsewhere!

Customer support is painfully slow and not very helpful when I had issues. The data sometimes seems inaccurate, which defeats the purpose of using the tool. I expected more features for the price, but it feels like I’m not getting my money’s worth. Overall, it’s just not living up to the hype. I’m really disappointed and would not recommend it. Time to look for better options!
