1 month agoQuestionPro has its ups and downs. The interface is pretty straightforward, which is great for beginners. However, I’ve encountered some glitches that can be frustrating. The survey options are decent, but I wish there were more customization features. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they’re quick to respond, other times not so much. Overall, it's a solid tool, just needs a bit of polish!

However, I found some features a bit clunky and not very intuitive. The templates are nice, but I wish there were more customization options. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they're super helpful, and other times it feels like I'm just talking to a bot. Data analysis tools are okay, but they could really use some enhancements. Overall, it does the job, but it’s not my favorite survey platform. If you're looking for something basic, it might work for you, but there are better options out there. Just keep your expectations in check!

The interface is pretty user-friendly, but I’ve run into a few glitches here and there that can be annoying. The templates are nice, but I wish there were more customization options. Customer support is decent, though I’ve had to wait a bit longer for responses at times. The analytics tools are useful, but they could be a bit more intuitive. Overall, it gets the job done, but it’s not without its quirks. I think it has potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’m on the fence about recommending it to others. Just okay for now!
