1 month agoI really wanted to like Trustmary, but my experience has been a total letdown. The interface is confusing and not user-friendly at all. I spent hours trying to figure out how to set things up, and I still couldn’t get it right. The customer support is practically non-existent; it took forever to get a response, and when I did, it didn’t help! The features I was excited about turned out to be buggy and unreliable. Honestly, I feel like I wasted my money on this. I expected much better after reading the hype. If you’re looking for a smooth experience, look elsewhere. Super disappointed!

1 month agoTrustmary has some cool features, but I found it a bit clunky to navigate at times. The customer support could also use some improvement. Overall, it's decent, but I expected a bit more polish.

1 month agoTrustmary has some solid features that I appreciate, but it feels like it's missing that extra spark. The setup was pretty straightforward, but I ran into a few bumps along the way. The customer support was helpful, though I had to wait a bit longer than expected for responses. I love the idea of gathering reviews easily, but sometimes the integration with my site can be glitchy. Overall, it gets the job done, but I think there's room for improvement. It’s good, but not great—just kind of in the middle for me. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for basic review solutions!

Customer support was slow to respond, which was frustrating. I expected more user-friendly navigation too. Overall, it just didn’t meet my expectations.

1 month agoHonestly, my experience with this service has been really disappointing. The interface is clunky and hard to navigate, making it frustrating to use. Customer support takes ages to respond, and when they do, it feels like they're just reading from a script. I expected much better for the price I paid. I won’t be recommending this to anyone!

1 month agoTrustmary on ihan jees, mutta siinä on vielä parannettavaa. Käyttöliittymä on melko selkeä, mutta välillä tuntuu, että asiat eivät toimi niin kuin pitäisi. Arvostelujen kerääminen on helppoa, ja se on iso plussa. Kuitenkin, joskus vastaukset vievät aikaa, mikä on vähän ärsyttävää. Tykkään siitä, että voi nähdä, mitä asiakkaat ajattelevat, mutta data voisi olla selkeämpää. Asiakaspalvelu on ystävällistä, mutta joskus hitaasti reagoivaa. Hinta-laatusuhde on ok, mutta odotin ehkä enemmän ominaisuuksia. Kaiken kaikkiaan Trustmary on ihan toimiva työkalu, mutta kaipaisin lisää kehitystä. Suosittelen kokeilemaan, mutta älä odota liikoja.
