1 month agoI've been using Stripe for a while, and honestly, it’s a mixed bag. The setup was pretty straightforward, but I've run into some frustrating issues with customer support that took way too long to resolve. Sometimes the dashboard feels cluttered and confusing, making it hard to find what I need. Also, I’ve experienced some glitches that affected my transactions, which is super stressful. I expected more reliability for the fees I’m paying. Overall, it gets the job done, but it definitely has a lot of room for improvement. Not quite what I hoped for!

1 month agoStripe is pretty solid for processing payments, but I've had some hiccups with customer support. The interface is user-friendly, but it can feel a bit overwhelming at times. Overall, it gets the job done, just wish there were fewer bugs and better help options. Not bad, but there's definitely room for improvement!

Once you get the hang of it, things flow better, but I wish the customer support was quicker to respond. It’s great for basic transactions, but I found some advanced features lacking. Overall, it’s decent but not perfect. I’d say it’s worth trying out if you’re okay with a few bumps in the road.

On the plus side, the dashboard is user-friendly and the documentation is pretty helpful. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they’re quick, other times it feels like I’m waiting forever. 1 month agoI really wanted to like Stripe, but my experience has been a total letdown. The setup was a maze, and I found myself lost in endless documentation. Customer support? Don’t even get me started—good luck getting a timely response! Fees seem to pop up everywhere, making it hard to predict costs. Transactions occasionally glitch, which is just not okay for a payment processor. I had high hopes, but it feels like they prioritize big businesses over small ones. Integration with my site was a nightmare and took way longer than expected. Honestly, I’m looking for alternatives. Disappointed!
