1 month agoXfinity has been pretty solid for me! The internet speed is great, and I love the variety of channels. Sometimes the app can be a bit glitchy, though. Overall, a strong choice for streaming and browsing!

1 month agoXfinity has its ups and downs, for sure. The internet speed can be pretty great when it works, but I've had my fair share of outages that can be super frustrating. Customer service? Well, it’s a mixed bag. Sometimes they’re really helpful, but other times, it feels like I’m talking to a robot. The TV options are decent, but I wish there were more flexible packages. The app is handy for managing everything, though it can be a bit glitchy at times. Overall, it gets the job done, but I wouldn't say it's stellar. If they could improve their reliability and customer support, it would definitely be a solid 4 stars. For now, I'm just sitting on the fence. Not terrible, but not amazing either!

I’ve had to deal with some annoying outages that seem to happen at the worst times. The interface is decent, but it can be really slow and glitchy, especially during peak hours. Customer service? Let’s just say I’ve had better luck talking to my cat. The pricing feels a bit steep for the service provided, and the hidden fees are just a headache. Streaming is hit or miss; sometimes it buffers like crazy. I wish they’d make improvements because it has potential. Overall, it’s okay, but I expected a lot more.

1 month agoXfinity's website is a bit of a mixed bag. While it has some useful features, navigating it can be frustrating at times. Pages take forever to load, and the layout feels clunky. It’s just not as user-friendly as I’d hoped.

1 month agoXfinity has been a total letdown for me. The service is constantly dropping, making it impossible to stream anything without interruptions. Customer support is a nightmare; it's like talking to a wall. The prices keep going up, but the quality just keeps going down. Absolutely not worth the hassle!
