1 month agoCaseware has some decent features that can really help streamline your workflow, but I feel it's a bit hit or miss. The interface is somewhat user-friendly, but it can be confusing at times. I appreciate the variety of tools available, but they don't always integrate as smoothly as I'd like. Customer support could use some improvement; it sometimes takes a while to get a response. Overall, it gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement. If they refine a few areas, it could really shine. For now, it's just okay in my book.

1 month agoCaseware has its ups and downs. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which is a plus. However, I’ve run into a few glitches that can be frustrating. The support team is decent but sometimes slow to respond. I appreciate the features, but they could use some updates. Overall, it gets the job done, but I wish it was a bit more reliable. Not bad, but not great either. It’s a mixed bag for sure!

1 month agoHonestly, I had high hopes for CaseWare, but it’s been a real letdown. The interface feels outdated and clunky, making it frustrating to navigate. I encountered multiple bugs that disrupted my workflow, which is the last thing I need when trying to meet deadlines. Customer support? Don't even get me started. Responses are slow, and when they finally get back to me, it’s hardly helpful. The features promised in the marketing material just don’t deliver in reality. It’s overpriced for what you get, and I expected way more for my investment. I’ve wasted so much time trying to make it work. I’m really disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Definitely not worth the hassle!

1 month agoI was really hoping for a great experience, but honestly, it was a letdown. The interface is confusing and I found it hard to navigate. Customer support was unhelpful and slow to respond. I felt like I was just lost in a sea of options with no guidance. It’s frustrating when a tool you want to rely on doesn’t deliver. Definitely not what I expected!

1 month agoCaseware is a game-changer for my workflow! The interface is super user-friendly, and the features make everything so much easier. Can't imagine my work without it—definitely a five-star tool!
