Terrible experience with Rotho, their products are flimsy and customer service is a nightmare!

I recently discovered this site, and I couldn't be happier! The products are top-notch and incredibly durable. I love how easy it is to navigate and find exactly what I need. The variety they offer is impressive, and I appreciate the attention to detail in every item. Shipping was super fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Customer service was friendly and helpful when I had a question. It’s clear they really care about their customers. I highly recommend checking them out if you want quality and reliability. Rotho has some cool products, but I wish the quality was a bit more consistent.

I had high hopes for my experience with Rotho, but it fell a bit flat. The product selection is decent, but I found some items to be overpriced for what you get. Shipping took longer than expected, which was really disappointing. When my order arrived, one of the containers was damaged, and getting a response from customer service was frustrating. It felt like they didn’t really care about my issue. The quality of the items is okay, but I've seen better alternatives elsewhere. I wish they had more variety in colors and sizes too. Overall, it’s not a terrible site, but I expected more based on the hype. I might think twice before ordering again. Just okay, but definitely not wow.
