1 month agoGfK Review Honestly, GfK has its ups and downs. On one hand, I appreciate the insights and data they provide; it's pretty useful for understanding market trends. However, navigating the site can be a bit of a hassle sometimes. It feels like it could use a little more user-friendly design. The loading times can be slow, which is frustrating when you're trying to get quick info. I also wish there were more interactive features to engage with the data better. Customer support has been hit or miss for me; sometimes they're super helpful, other times not so much. Overall, it's decent but definitely room for improvement. I wouldn't say it's my go-to resource, but I check it out now and then.

1 month agoI had high hopes for GfK, but what a disappointment! The data insights were vague and not at all helpful. Customer support? Nonexistent when I needed assistance. The interface feels outdated and clunky. It’s like navigating a maze without a map. I expected a lot more for the price I paid. Definitely not worth it – I won’t be coming back!
