I recently bought a bike from Aurum Bikes and it's been a bit of a mixed bag. The design is sleek and definitely turns heads, but I had some issues with the delivery time which was longer than expected. Customer service was okay, but I felt like they could have been more responsive. The bike rides smoothly, which is a plus, but I wish the assembly instructions were clearer. Overall, it’s a decent bike, but I think there’s room for improvement. I’m not completely sold, but I’m also not regretting my purchase. Just hoping for a better experience next time!
