1 month agoBrightSign has some cool features, but I found it a bit tricky to navigate at times. The performance is decent, but I expected a bit more from the user experience. Some updates seem to take longer than I'd like. Overall, it's not bad, but there's definitely room for improvement. It’s an okay option if you’re willing to put in some effort!

1 month agoI recently checked out BrightSign and had a pretty solid experience! The setup was easier than I expected, and the interface is quite user-friendly. I love the variety of features they offer; it really caters to different needs. The only downside was a slight delay in customer support response, which was a bit frustrating. But once I got through, they were super helpful! Overall, I’m impressed with the quality and functionality. Definitely worth recommending! Just a few tweaks away from a perfect 5 stars!

1 month agoBrightSign is pretty solid, but it has its ups and downs. The hardware works well most of the time, but I’ve faced a few glitches here and there. The interface is user-friendly, though sometimes it feels a bit sluggish. Customer support can be hit or miss, which is a bummer. I love the range of features, but some could use a bit more polish. Overall, it's decent but not without its quirks. I'd say it's worth a try if you're looking for a reliable option!

1 month agoBrightSign has some great potential, but I feel like it’s a bit hit or miss. The hardware is solid and works well for digital signage, but the software can be a bit clunky at times. I appreciate the variety of options available, but navigating through the features can be confusing. Customer support is decent, though I wish they were more responsive during peak times. Overall, it does the job, but I think there’s room for improvement. I’d love to see more user-friendly updates in the future. It’s not bad, but it’s not outstanding either. Just kind of in the middle for me!
