The interface is user-friendly, which is a plus, but I've encountered some bugs that can be frustrating. I appreciate the variety of tools available for gathering feedback, but I wish there were more customization options. Customer support is decent, but response times can be hit or miss. Overall, it’s a solid platform, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I hope they keep updating it to address these issues. For now, it's a mixed bag for me. Definitely worth checking out, but not without its quirks!

1 month agoI really wanted to love Social Pinpoint, but my experience has been a bit underwhelming. The interface is clunky and not as intuitive as I hoped. Sometimes it's hard to find the features I need, and it feels like a bit of a hassle. The customer support is slow to respond, which can be frustrating when you need help. I appreciate the concept and the potential, but it just doesn't deliver as expected. I’ve had some glitches that made my projects take longer than they should. Overall, it’s okay, but it could definitely use some improvements. Hoping for better updates in the future!

The interface is pretty user-friendly, which I appreciate, but I’ve run into a few glitches here and there. 1 month agoI had high hopes for Social Pinpoint, but honestly, it was a letdown. The interface is super clunky and not user-friendly at all. I spent more time trying to figure out how to navigate it than actually using it. The customer support is frustratingly slow; I felt like I was talking to a wall. Features that seemed great in theory just didn't work in practice. It felt like a chore to engage with the platform. I expected way more for the price I paid. Overall, it's just not worth it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
