1 month agoSocial Pinpoint has been a great tool for engaging with my community! The interface is pretty intuitive, making it easy to set up and manage projects. I love the variety of features available, especially the interactive maps and feedback tools. It really helps gather insights from users in a fun way. However, there are a few quirks that could use some polishing, like loading times on certain pages. Customer support has been responsive, but I sometimes wish they had more resources available. Overall, it’s a solid platform that I would recommend to others looking to enhance community engagement. A few tweaks here and there, and it would be a 5-star experience!

1 month agoI've been using Social Pinpoint for a while now, and it's been a bit of a mixed bag for me. The platform has some cool features that make engagement easier, but I’ve encountered a few bugs that can be annoying. The interface is user-friendly, which is a plus, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky. I appreciate the community aspect it offers, but I wish there were more customization options. Customer support has been hit or miss; sometimes they’re super helpful, other times not so much. Overall, it's decent, but I think there’s room for improvement. I’d say it’s worth a try if you're curious!

Customer support is slow to respond, which is frustrating when you need help. Plus, some features just don’t seem to work as expected. Overall, it's okay, but I was hoping for a lot more.

1 month agoI had high hopes for Social Pinpoint, but what a letdown! The interface is clunky and feels outdated, making it a real chore to navigate. I encountered multiple bugs that made my experience frustrating and unproductive. Customer support? Nonexistent! I reached out for help and got crickets in response. It’s hard to believe they charge for this service when there are so many better options out there. I just couldn't get the value I was looking for. Save your time and money – look elsewhere!

1 month agoHonestly, my experience with Social Pinpoint has been pretty disappointing. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all. I spent more time figuring things out than actually getting work done. The support team is slow to respond, and when they do, it’s not very helpful. I expected more features for the price, but it feels quite limited. Bugs and glitches seem to pop up all the time, making it really frustrating to use. It’s not worth the hassle for me. I wish I could find a better platform. Just not impressed at all!
