1 month agoI really wish I could give Haier a better rating, but my experience has been a total letdown. The product I bought broke down just weeks after I got it, and the customer service was a nightmare to deal with. I felt like I was talking to a wall, with no real help or solutions offered. The website is confusing and doesn’t make it easy to find support. I expected better quality for the price I paid. Honestly, I regret my purchase and wouldn't recommend Haier to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere!

1 month agoI recently had a pretty disappointing experience with Haier. I expected much more from a brand that promotes itself as innovative. First off, the website is a maze; I struggled to find basic information about my appliance. Customer service? Don’t even get me started! I waited ages for a response, and when I finally got one, it was vague and unhelpful. My appliance broke down just a few months after purchase, and getting a replacement felt like pulling teeth. It’s frustrating to feel ignored as a customer. The quality just doesn't match the hype. I won’t be recommending Haier to anyone anytime soon. Save your time and money!

I recently snagged a fridge, and it’s not just stylish but super efficient too! The delivery was quick, and the setup was a piece of cake. Customer service is top-notch; they answered all my questions with a smile. I appreciate the variety of products they offer – there’s something for everyone. 1 month agoI had high hopes for Haier, but what a disappointment! My appliance broke down just a few months after purchase, and customer service was a nightmare to deal with. They took ages to respond and didn’t offer any real solutions. It feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. Definitely not worth the money I spent! Never buying from them again!

I expected better quality for the price I paid. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like it. Overall, I'm feeling pretty disappointed.

1 month agoI’ve been checking out Haier's website for a while now, and it's pretty decent, but there’s room for improvement. The products look great, and the features are impressive, but sometimes it feels a bit cluttered and hard to navigate. I wish there were more detailed user reviews and comparisons available. Customer service info could be more accessible too. Overall, it’s a solid site, just needs a little polish!
