Matomo has some great features for tracking website analytics, which I really appreciate. However, I found the interface a bit clunky and not as user-friendly as I hoped. It’s nice to have control over my data, but the setup process could definitely use some improvement. Customer support has been hit or miss for me, which is a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s decent, but there’s room for growth!

Matomo I really wanted to like Matomo, but it fell short for me. The interface feels a bit clunky and outdated, which made navigating a hassle. Some features are cool, but they're buried under a confusing layout. I had a hard time finding the reports I needed, and the loading times were frustrating. It's great that it's open source, but I wish it came with better documentation. Customer support was slow to respond when I had questions. Overall, it’s just okay, but I expected more.
