1 month agoInsider has some solid features that can really help with marketing, but I think it falls a bit short in a few areas. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which is a big plus, but sometimes it can feel a bit clunky. The analytics are decent, but I wish they were more in-depth; it’s nice to have data, but I want to dive deeper. Customer support is hit or miss—sometimes they’re super helpful, and other times it feels like I’m left hanging. Integration options are good, but I found some hiccups when connecting with other tools. Overall, it’s a decent platform, but I think there’s room for improvement. If you’re just starting out, it might be worth trying, but I wouldn’t say it’s a must-have. Definitely not a bad choice, just not quite what I expected!

1 month agoI really wanted to love Insider, but it just hasn't lived up to my expectations. The interface feels a bit clunky, making it hard to navigate at times. I’ve also had some issues with customer support; responses take forever. While they have some cool features, they often don’t work as promised. I expected better reliability for the price. It’s a shame because I see so much potential here. Hoping they improve things soon!

1 month agoI’ve been using Insider for a while now, and it’s been a mixed bag for me. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which is a plus, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky. I appreciate the features they offer, but I wish there were more customization options. Customer support is decent, but I’ve had to wait longer than I’d like for some answers. Overall, it gets the job done, but it’s not blowing me away. I think there’s potential here, just needs a bit of polishing. If you're looking for something straightforward, it might work for you. Just keep your expectations in check!
