The interface is user-friendly, which I really appreciate, but sometimes it can be a bit slow. 1 month agoI was really excited to try Magilla, but what a letdown! The user experience is super confusing, and I found myself lost more often than not. Customer service? Don’t even get me started—wait times are ridiculous! I had an issue with my order, and it took forever to get a response. The website is glitchy, and I kept getting kicked out. I expected more from a company like this. It felt like they rushed everything without thinking it through. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your time and money; there are better options out there! Total disappointment!

1 month agoI really wanted to like Magilla, but my experience has been pretty disappointing. The website design feels outdated, and navigation can be a bit confusing at times. I had some issues with customer support; it took ages to get a response. The features promised didn’t quite meet my expectations either. I found it hard to get the information I needed without digging deep. It's not all bad, but there's definitely room for improvement. Hoping to see some updates that make it better!
