1 month agoI've been using Benchmark Email for a while now, and it’s been a mixed bag for me. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which makes sending out campaigns a breeze. However, I’ve run into some hiccups with the automation features; they don’t always work as expected. Customer support is decent but can be a bit slow at times. Overall, it gets the job done but leaves a bit to be desired. I’d say it’s a solid choice, just not the best out there.

1 month agoBenchmark Email has some solid features, but it feels a bit clunky at times. The interface could use a refresh, and I’ve had some hiccups with email delivery. Customer support is friendly, which is a plus! Overall, it’s decent but not quite what I hoped for.

1 month agoI was really excited to try Benchmark Email, but what a letdown! The interface is super clunky and not user-friendly at all. I faced constant glitches that made editing my campaigns a nightmare. Customer support took ages to respond, and when they did, it was no help. Sadly, I won't be using this service again!
