1 month agoI recently checked out Impresoft Engage and I’m feeling pretty mixed about it. The interface is decent and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, I found some features a bit lacking and not as user-friendly as I hoped. The customer support could be more responsive too; it took a while to get my questions answered. There are some cool tools that work well, but I wish there were more tutorials to help new users. Overall, it's an okay experience, but it definitely has room for improvement. I might stick around a bit longer to see how it evolves!

1 month agoI had high hopes for this platform, but it really fell short. The user interface is confusing and feels outdated, making it a hassle to navigate. I encountered several bugs that made my experience frustrating. Customer support took ages to respond, and when they did, they didn’t really help. Features that were promised just didn’t deliver. Overall, it’s been a disappointing experience, and I can’t recommend it. I expected much better!

Customer support was decent, but I expected quicker responses. Overall, it gets the job done, but there's definitely room for improvement. It's not bad, but I wouldn't say it's amazing either.
