1 month agoLenovo's website is pretty decent overall. It's easy to navigate, and I found what I was looking for without too much hassle. However, I did run into a few slow loading times that were a bit frustrating. The product descriptions could be more detailed too. Customer support is okay, but I expected a quicker response. Overall, it's not bad, but it could definitely use some improvements!

1 month agoI was really excited to try Lenovo, but my experience has been a total letdown. The website is super confusing, and I had a hard time finding what I needed. When I finally placed my order, it took forever to arrive—way longer than they promised. The laptop I received had several issues right out of the box. Customer service? Don’t even get me started. They were unhelpful and seemed to have no clue about my problem. I expected better quality, especially for the price. Overall, I’m really disappointed and won’t be recommending Lenovo to anyone. What a waste of time and money!

1 month agoI recently bought a laptop from Lenovo and it's been a bit of a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the design is sleek and it looks great on my desk. The performance is decent for my everyday tasks, but I expected a bit more speed. Battery life is okay, but I find myself charging it more often than I’d like. The keyboard feels nice to type on, but the trackpad can be a little finicky at times. Customer service could use some improvement; it took a while to get help when I had questions. Overall, it’s a solid option but not without its quirks. I wish I had done a bit more research before buying. I guess it’s good, but it’s not great. Just average, really.

1 month agoI had high hopes for Lenovo, but my experience was a total letdown. The website is clunky and confusing, making it hard to find what I need. Plus, customer service was unhelpful when I reached out. Definitely not the seamless shopping experience I expected!
