1 month agoI had high hopes for Primus Equipment, but my experience was pretty disappointing. The website was a bit tricky to navigate, making it hard to find what I needed. Customer service was responsive but didn’t fully address my concerns. I expected better quality from the products, too. Shipping took longer than promised, which was frustrating. Overall, it just didn’t meet my expectations.

1 month agoI recently ordered some gear from Primus Equipment, and it was a bit of a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, their selection of products is pretty solid, and I found some items that were hard to find elsewhere. However, the shipping took longer than I expected, which was a bummer. Customer service was decent but not as responsive as I hoped, and I had to follow up a couple of times. The quality of the equipment I received was good, but the overall experience left me wanting a bit more. I think they have potential, but there are definitely areas to improve. I’d say they’re average for now—hopefully, they can step up their game!

1 month agoI had a pretty disappointing experience with Primus Equipment. The website is confusing and hard to navigate, which made finding what I needed a real hassle. I ordered some gear, but it took ages to arrive, and when it finally did, it was the wrong item! Customer service was no help either; they were slow to respond and didn't seem to care about my issue. I expected better quality for the price I paid, but everything felt cheap and poorly made. I really wanted to love this place, but I’m left feeling frustrated and let down. I won't be coming back anytime soon. Save your time and money!
