1 month agoI really wanted to love my shopping experience, but it fell a bit flat. The website is cluttered, making it hard to find what I need. I also had trouble with the checkout process—it was slower than I expected. My order took longer to arrive than promised, which was disappointing. I’ll keep shopping here, but I hope they improve the site and shipping!

1 month agoI had high hopes for DICK'S Sporting Goods, but my experience was pretty underwhelming. The selection was decent, but the staff seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, not the best shopping trip.

1 month agoI've been shopping at DICK'S Sporting Goods online, and I can't say enough good things! Their selection is amazing, whether you need gear for basketball, hiking, or just some new running shoes. The website is super easy to navigate, making it a breeze to find exactly what I'm looking for. I love the detailed product descriptions and reviews that help me make the right choice. Plus, their shipping is always quick and reliable! Customer service is top-notch, too, which is such a bonus. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience every time!

1 month agoI’ve shopped at DICK’S a few times and honestly, it’s been a mixed bag. The selection is decent, but I’ve run into some issues with their website. Sometimes it feels like things are out of stock, even when they’re listed as available. Plus, the shipping takes longer than I expected, which is frustrating. Customer service hasn’t been super helpful either; it feels like I’m talking to a robot half the time. On the bright side, I did find some great gear eventually, but the hassle kind of overshadows it. Overall, I think they could really step it up in terms of user experience. Just okay for me!
