I had high hopes for GSI Outdoors, but my experience was a bit of a letdown. The products looked great online, but when they arrived, they didn't quite match the quality I expected. The camping gear felt a little flimsy and not as durable as advertised. Customer service was okay, but it took longer than I hoped to get a response. I really wanted to love their stuff, but I ended up feeling disappointed. Maybe I just got a bad batch? I might give them another shot in the future, but for now, I'm not totally sold.
