However, the site felt a bit cluttered, making it hard to navigate at times. I expected more detailed product descriptions, which would really help when deciding what to buy. Shipping was decent, but it took a bit longer than I anticipated. Customer service was friendly but I had to wait on hold longer than I’d like. Overall, it's a decent site for outdoor gear, but there's room for improvement. I’d recommend it, but with a few reservations. I might come back for more gear in the future!
