1 month agoI've been using FollowSocial for a while now, and it's been a mixed bag for me. On one hand, it does help with increasing followers and engagement, which is always a plus. The interface is pretty user-friendly, so I didn't have to spend ages figuring things out. However, I've noticed that some features feel a bit limited and could use more options. The customer support is decent, but I've had to wait longer than I'd like for responses. Also, the pricing seems a bit steep for what you get. Overall, it's not bad, but I wish it offered a bit more value for the cost. I guess it’s a decent tool if you’re looking to boost your social media presence, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

1 month agoI've been using Follow Social for a while now and I have to say, it's pretty great! The interface is user-friendly and makes managing my social media a breeze. I love the insights it provides; they really help me understand my audience better. The automation features save me so much time, which is a huge plus. My only gripe is that sometimes it can be a bit slow to update, but nothing too major. Overall, a solid tool for anyone looking to grow their social presence. Totally recommend it!

I expected more features for the price, but it seems pretty basic. Sometimes, it takes forever to load, which is super frustrating. Customer support? Let’s just say it could use some improvement. I appreciate the effort, but I'm not sure I’d recommend it to my friends just yet. Hoping they make some updates soon!

1 month agoHonestly, my experience with Follow Social has been pretty disappointing. I expected a lot more from it, but it feels like a waste of time. The features are confusing and not user-friendly at all. I had issues with my account, and the support team took ages to respond. Plus, the results I was promised just didn’t happen. It’s frustrating when you invest time and money into something that falls flat. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking to grow their social media presence. Save your money and look elsewhere!

I love the analytics features—they really help me understand my audience better. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is that I wish there were a few more customization options. Overall, it’s a great tool that’s definitely made my social media game stronger. Highly recommend it if you're looking to boost your online presence!

I ran into some bugs that made navigating the site frustrating. Customer support was slow to respond, which added to my disappointment. While I did see some growth in my followers, it wasn't as significant as I had anticipated. The features seemed limited compared to other tools out there. I appreciate the effort, but it just didn't deliver the results I was hoping for. I think there's potential, but it needs a bit more polish. I might give it another shot down the line if they make some improvements. For now, though, it's just okay.
