1 month agoI’ve been using Gartner for a while now, and honestly, it’s a mixed bag. The research reports can be insightful, but they often feel like they’re just rehashing the same concepts. The user interface is pretty clunky, making it hard to find what I need. Plus, the subscription price is steep for the value I’m getting. Customer support seems to be lacking too; responses take ages. I expected more from such a well-known name. Overall, it’s okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement!

I appreciate the research reports, but sometimes they feel a bit dense and hard to digest. The navigation could use some work; it can be tricky to find exactly what you need. Customer service is decent, but I’ve had to wait longer than I’d like for support. I love the webinars, though—they're informative and engaging. Overall, it's a solid resource, but it could be more user-friendly. I think it serves its purpose, but I wish it was a bit easier to use. I’d recommend it, but with a few caveats.

However, I feel like some of the content can be a bit overwhelming and hard to digest. The site is user-friendly, but I wish navigation was smoother—sometimes it feels like a maze trying to find specific information. Customer service has been hit or miss; I've had quick responses at times, but other times, it takes ages. I appreciate the depth of analysis, but it would be great to see more practical tips that I can easily implement. Overall, Gartner is useful, but I think they could improve in a few areas to really shine. It's worth checking out, just don't expect everything to be perfect!
