I wanted to love Brand24, but it’s been a bit of a letdown for me. The interface feels clunky and not very user-friendly. I expected real-time updates, but they seem to lag behind. Customer support takes forever to respond, which is frustrating when you need help. The analytics are decent, but not as detailed as I hoped.
