1 month agoI’ve been using Brand24 for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a bit disappointing. The interface feels clunky and not very user-friendly. I expected better analytics for the price I’m paying, but it’s lacking depth. Customer support is hit or miss, which can be really frustrating. I hoped for more, but it just hasn’t delivered.

The real-time monitoring is great, but I wish the data could be more customizable. The alerts are helpful, but I’ve had a few instances where they seemed to miss important mentions. Customer support has been decent, but not always super responsive. Overall, it’s a solid tool for basic tracking, but it could definitely use some improvements. If you’re just starting out, it might do the job, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price for advanced users. It’s okay, just not mind-blowing!

The interface can be a bit overwhelming at first, and I found some data to be a little inconsistent. Customer support is decent but could be faster at times. It does the job overall, just not as smoothly as I’d hoped. I think there's potential, but it needs a few tweaks to really shine!

The data feels incomplete, and I can’t trust the insights I’m getting. Customer support? Don’t even get me started—it took ages to get a response. I expected way more for the price. Definitely not worth it for me!

If you need basic monitoring, it might work for you, but don’t expect everything to be perfect. It’s a mixed bag, honestly!

On the other hand, I sometimes feel like the analytics could be more in-depth. The notifications are helpful, but they can get overwhelming if you're monitoring a lot. I also wish the customer support was a bit quicker to respond. It’s decent for basic monitoring, but if you’re looking for advanced features, you might need to look elsewhere.
