I’ve been using Brand24 for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a bit disappointing. The interface feels clunky and not very user-friendly. I expected better analytics for the price I’m paying, but it’s lacking depth. Customer support is hit or miss, which can be really frustrating. I hoped for more, but it just hasn’t delivered.
