1 month agoI had high hopes for Brand24, but what a letdown! The interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all. I struggled to find the data I needed, and the tracking features were often inaccurate. Customer support? Don’t even get me started—response times were painfully slow. It feels like they’re more focused on upselling than actually helping their users. For the price, I expected a lot more. Definitely not worth the investment!

I like that it gives me a decent overview of my brand's online presence. However, I’ve noticed some inconsistencies in the data, which can be frustrating when I need accurate insights. The customer support is decent, but sometimes slow to respond. It’s not a complete letdown, but I feel it could use some improvements. Overall, it does the job, but it’s not the best out there. I’d say it’s a solid option if you’re just starting out.

1 month agoI’ve been using Brand24 for a while now, and I have to say, I’m a bit disappointed. The interface feels a bit clunky and not very user-friendly. It takes a lot of time to figure out how to navigate through the features. While the monitoring capabilities are decent, I often find the data to be inconsistent, which makes it hard to trust the insights. Customer support could use some improvement; response times are slow, and the answers aren’t always helpful. I expected more for the price I’m paying. It’s definitely not living up to the hype for me. I really wanted to love this tool, but it just hasn’t worked out. I hope they can make some updates to enhance the user experience!

I like the real-time monitoring feature, but it can be a bit slow at times. Customer support is okay, but I’ve had to wait longer than I’d like for responses. Overall, it's a solid tool, just not my favorite.

However, I found the analytics to be a bit lacking compared to other tools I've tried. Sometimes, the data feels overwhelming, and it takes a while to pinpoint what’s really important. Customer support is decent but could be quicker to respond. There are also times when the alerts don’t seem as timely as I’d like. Overall, it's a decent tool for tracking brand mentions, but it could definitely use some improvements. If you're on a budget, it might work for you, but there are better options out there. It's a mixed bag for me, so three stars feels just right!
