1 month agoI had high hopes for WebFX, but my experience was pretty underwhelming. The customer service took ages to respond, which was frustrating. I expected better communication, especially when dealing with important projects. The results I received were just okay—not what I anticipated for the price I paid. It felt like I was just another number in their system. I really wanted to love their services, but I ended up feeling disappointed. Maybe they were just having an off month? I’m not sure I’d recommend them based on my experience.

However, I found the customer support a bit lacking at times; responses can be slow. The pricing seems a bit steep for what you get, especially if you’re just starting out. I did enjoy the resources and blog content—they're informative! Overall, it’s a mixed bag. If you need something basic, it might work for you, but I was hoping for a bit more. It's good, but not great.
