1 month agoBike House has some great potential, but I feel like it’s just okay overall. The selection of bikes is decent, and I found a few gems that caught my eye. However, the customer service could use a bit more enthusiasm; I felt a bit ignored when I had questions. The website is user-friendly, but I encountered some glitches that made my shopping experience frustrating. Shipping was timely, which is a plus! The packaging was solid, so my bike arrived in good condition. Still, I wish there were more detailed product descriptions to help with my decision-making. Prices are reasonable, but I’ve seen better deals elsewhere. Overall, it’s a mixed bag—worth checking out, but I think they have room to improve!

1 month agoBike House has some cool stuff for cyclists, and I really appreciate the variety they offer. The selection is decent, but I found a few items out of stock when I was shopping. The prices are pretty reasonable, which is a plus, but the shipping took longer than expected. Customer service was friendly, but I had to wait on hold for a while. The website layout is nice, but it could be a bit more user-friendly. Overall, it’s a solid place for bike gear, just a few kinks to work out. I’d come back, but with tempered expectations.

1 month agoI had high hopes for Bike House, but wow, what a letdown. The customer service was like talking to a wall—no help at all! My order took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it was the wrong item. The quality was subpar, way below what I expected. I was really disappointed with my experience overall. Definitely won't be coming back!

1 month agoI had high hopes for Bike House, but I was pretty let down. The selection was decent, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I had issues with my order and it took forever to get a response. The website is a bit clunky, making it hard to navigate. Overall, not the best experience—I expected more.

1 month agoI was really excited to try Bikehouse, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. The service was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in helping me. My bike ended up with more issues than I started with! Definitely not going back.

1 month agoBike House has a decent selection of bikes and gear, but I found the customer service a bit hit or miss. The staff is friendly when they’re around, but it can feel a bit chaotic during busy times. Prices are reasonable, but I wish they had more variety in certain brands. Overall, it's a solid spot, just needs a little polish.
