1 month agoI recently checked out Specialized.com, and honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag for me. The bike selection is pretty impressive, but I found the website a little tricky to navigate. It took me ages to find what I was looking for, and the filters didn’t really help. I expected more detailed product descriptions, too—some items felt like they were missing key info. Customer service was decent, but I had to wait longer than I’d like to get my questions answered. Plus, the shipping fees are a bit steep for what you get. I love the brand, but the online experience left me wanting more. Hoping they can improve it because I really want to love shopping here! Overall, not terrible, but definitely not great either.

1 month agoI love the variety of bikes Specialized offers, but my recent experience with customer service was a bit underwhelming. The website is easy to navigate, but I expected better product availability. Overall, decent but not quite what I hoped for!

1 month agoI had a really disappointing experience with my recent order from Specialized. The bike I received had multiple issues right out of the box, and customer service was not helpful at all. Waiting for a response felt like an eternity. I expected way better quality for the price I paid. Definitely won't be shopping here again!

1 month agoI've been a fan of Specialized for a while, but my recent experience has left me disappointed. The bike I purchased arrived with a few scratches, which was a bummer. Customer service took ages to respond, and when they finally did, it felt like they were just brushing me off. I expected more from a brand with such a solid reputation. The bike rides great, but the lack of attention to detail really put a damper on things. I wish they would step up their quality control and support. It's frustrating when you invest in something and it doesn't meet expectations. Hoping they'll improve, but for now, I'm not feeling the love.

1 month agoI’ve been checking out Specialized.com for a while now, and it’s pretty decent. The selection of bikes and gear is solid, and I love the variety they offer. However, I found the website a bit clunky to navigate at times, which can be frustrating. The product descriptions are helpful, but I wish there were more user reviews for better insights. Shipping was okay, but it took longer than expected. Customer service was friendly when I reached out, but I had to wait a bit for a response. Overall, it's a good site, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’ll keep coming back, but I hope they enhance the experience!
