1 month agoI had high hopes for my Canyon bike, but it turned out to be a total disappointment. The customer service is terrible – good luck getting a response! My bike arrived with several issues, and fixing them was a nightmare. I expected better quality for the price I paid. Save your money and look elsewhere!

1 month agoI recently purchased a bike from Canyon and had a mixed experience. The selection is fantastic, with so many cool models to choose from! However, the ordering process was a bit confusing, and I found myself second-guessing my choices. Shipping took longer than expected, which was a bummer. When the bike finally arrived, it was packaged well, but I noticed a few minor scratches. Customer service was okay, but I had to wait a while to get answers to my questions. Overall, I love the bike itself, but the whole experience could use some improvement. Not bad, but not amazing either. Just an average ride for me!

1 month agoI had high hopes for my Canyon bike, but I’m a bit let down. The design is sleek, but the performance just hasn’t lived up to the hype. Customer service was a hassle when I needed help, which made things worse. I expected more for the price I paid. It’s decent, but I’ve had better experiences elsewhere. I wish I could say I love it, but I'm just not feeling it.

1 month agoI recently bought a bike from Canyon, and honestly, I’m a bit disappointed. The selection is great, and the website is easy to navigate, but that’s where the positives end for me. My order took way longer to arrive than expected, and I felt left in the dark about the shipping updates. When the bike finally showed up, there were a couple of minor scratches that I didn’t expect on a brand new ride. Customer service was a bit slow to respond, which added to my frustration. I really wanted to love my purchase, but the whole experience was just okay. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and support. I hope they can step up their game, because I really wanted this to be a great experience. Overall, I’m giving it two stars for the potential, but it fell short for me.

1 month agoI recently checked out Canyon and had mixed feelings about my experience. The bike selection is pretty solid, and I love the variety they offer. However, the website can be a bit overwhelming with so many options. I found it hard to navigate at times, which was frustrating. Customer service was okay but not as responsive as I hoped. Shipping took longer than expected, which was a bummer. On the bright side, the bike I eventually received is fantastic and performs really well. Overall, it’s a decent place to shop for bikes, but I think they could improve on the user experience. I’d give it another shot, but I hope they make some tweaks soon!
