1 month agoIBM's website has a lot of potential, but it often feels like a maze trying to navigate it. The layout is cluttered, and finding what I need can be a real hassle. I appreciate the wealth of information available, but it’s buried under too much text and confusing menus. Also, the site loading times can be slower than I’d like. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they’re helpful, other times it feels like I'm talking to a robot. I really want to like it, but overall, it just feels outdated and not user-friendly. Hoping they can give it a refresh soon!

1 month agoI recently tried using IBM's website, and honestly, it was a frustrating experience. Navigating through the site felt like wandering in a maze with no exit in sight. The search function is pretty much useless; I couldn't find what I was looking for at all! Pages take forever to load, making me question if my internet is slow or the site is just outdated. The information is all over the place, and it’s hard to tell what’s relevant. Customer support? Good luck with that; it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. The design is cluttered, and it’s not user-friendly at all. I expected better from a company like IBM. Overall, it’s a real headache, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
