1 month agoI’ve been using Xerox for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a mixed bag. The printers work fine most of the time, but when they don’t, it's a hassle to get support. Their website can be a bit confusing and slow to navigate. I expected more user-friendly features and better customer service. It's frustrating when you rely on something and it doesn’t deliver. Hoping they improve things soon!

1 month agoXerox.com has its ups and downs. The site is pretty user-friendly, which is a plus for quick access to info. However, I sometimes find it a bit cluttered, making it hard to navigate. The product selection is solid, but I wish there were more detailed specs available. Customer support can be hit or miss, which is frustrating when you need help. Overall, it’s decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement!

The printing quality is solid, no doubt about that, but sometimes it feels like the website could use a little more user-friendliness. Navigation can be a bit tricky, especially when I'm in a hurry. Customer support is hit or miss; I've had some great experiences, but other times, I’ve been left waiting longer than I’d like. The products are generally reliable, but I wish they offered more budget-friendly options. Overall, it gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I appreciate their innovation, but I think they need to focus on the user experience a bit more. Not bad, but not amazing either. Just kind of in the middle for me!

1 month agoXerox has some solid printing options, but I feel like their website could use some work. It’s a bit tricky to navigate, and finding specific info takes longer than it should. The product quality is decent, but I've had a few hiccups with customer service. Overall, it's alright, but there's definitely room for improvement. Just an average experience for me!
